About the Free QR Code Generator

QR codes have become the universal connector for Indian small businesses — paste one on the shop counter for UPI payments, one near the door for Google reviews, one in the parking lot for WhatsApp chat, one on the visiting card for a phone call. Our free QR code generator handles all five common formats in a single tool: UPI Payment, WhatsApp Chat, Google Review, Phone Call, and any web URL. Pick a mode, enter the details, and download a high-resolution PNG you can print on stickers, flex boards or visiting cards.

The UPI Payment mode is the most used. Enter your UPI ID, your business name, and an optional fixed amount (useful for parking, tickets or fixed-price products). The generated QR works with GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Amazon Pay and every other UPI app. Customers scan, the amount and your business name pre-fill, they confirm and pay — no typing, no errors, no missed receipts.

WhatsApp Chat mode generates a QR that opens a WhatsApp conversation with your number, with a pre-filled message if you want. This is invaluable for shops that take orders on WhatsApp — sticker it on the door, in the menu, on the product packaging. Customers scan, the chat opens, the first message is already typed (something like "Hi, I'd like to order…"). One scan replaces the awkward "what's your WhatsApp number" exchange.

Google Review mode creates a QR that takes customers directly to your Google Business Profile review page. Stick it on the receipt, the bill folder, the takeaway bag — happy customers leave reviews in seconds instead of having to search for your business on Google Maps. Reviews drive local SEO; this is the cheapest review-collection trick a small business can use.

Phone Call mode generates a tap-to-call QR. URL mode generates a QR for any link — your menu PDF, your Instagram, your website, a booking calendar. All QR codes are generated client-side in your browser at high resolution, ready for print. No signup, no rate limit, no logo on the QR. Free for life.

UPI QR Code — the most useful one for shops

Print a UPI QR, paste it on the counter, and customers can pay in two taps — no typing your UPI ID, no mistakes, no fumbling. Works with GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Amazon Pay, and every bank app in India. You can either leave the amount blank (customer enters how much to pay) or fix the amount (useful for a single fixed-price product or service).

WhatsApp QR Code — customers chat you in one scan

A WhatsApp QR opens a fresh chat to your business number — even if the customer doesn't have your contact saved. Perfect for shop counters, visiting cards, delivery vehicles, and product packaging. Add a pre-filled message like "Hi, I'd like to order" so customers don't have to type the first message.

Google Review QR Code — for more 5-star reviews

Print this QR and place it at your billing counter. Happy customers scan and land directly on your Google Maps review page — they don't have to search for your shop. Shops that use review QR codes get 5–10× more Google reviews than shops that ask verbally.

How to get your Google review link: Sign in to Google Business Profile, open your shop, click "Get more reviews", and copy the short URL (looks like g.page/r/...).

Frequently asked questions

Are these QR codes free to use commercially?

Yes. The QR codes you generate are yours — print, share, sell, anything. No watermark, no logo, no usage limit.

Will the UPI QR work with all payment apps?

Yes — UPI QR codes follow a single standard supported by every UPI app in India. GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Amazon Pay, and bank apps all read the same format.

Can I add my logo to the QR code?

Not in this version. We're working on a "QR with logo" mode for a future release. For now, the plain QR is highly scannable, which is the most important property.

Will my data be saved?

No. The QR is generated entirely in your browser. Your UPI ID, phone number, and links are never sent to our servers.

What size should I print my QR?

For counter displays, 8 × 8 cm minimum. For visiting cards, 2 × 2 cm. Test by scanning before printing in bulk.
