To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankAppear and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes but is not limited to: lost business, lost customers, miscommunication with customers or suppliers, payment disputes, or reputational harm caused by messages generated using our tools.
Our tools may generate links to third-party services (such as UPI payment apps, WhatsApp, or Google Maps). We are not responsible for the operation, content, or policies of these third-party services. Use of those services is governed by their own terms.
The Service is supported by advertising. We display ads via Google AdSense and may add other advertising partners in the future. Ad content does not represent an endorsement by RankAppear.
The design, code, and original content of RankAppear are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The text of messages you generate using our tools is yours to use freely.
We may update, modify, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
