Is this certificate accepted by colleges and companies?
Yes. The format follows the standard structure used by Indian companies — company letterhead, intern details, duration, role, performance remarks, signatory block. As long as it's issued by your real organisation with proper signature and seal/stamp, it's accepted by colleges, universities, and employers.
Difference between offer letter and completion certificate?
Offer Letter is issued at the start of the internship with terms (stipend, duration, working hours, expected joining date). Completion Certificate is issued at the end and certifies the intern successfully completed the program. Both are needed for college credit and job applications.
Can I add my company logo and signature?
Yes. Upload your logo (PNG or JPG, max 1 MB) — it appears at the top. Enter the authorised signatory's name and designation. For physical signature, print the PDF and sign over the line, then scan or photograph it.
Do you store the intern's data?
